Changing or cancelling a booking

• You can change or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your visit.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or our team can’t access the area, a call-out fee may apply.

Not happy with the job?

Tell us within 48 hours. We will come back and fix it at no extra cost.

Refunds

• If you paid in advance and we cancel the visit, we refund you in full.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
