Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after we confirm it by call, WhatsApp or email.
• Please give us correct details about your property and the work needed.

Prices and quotes

• Prices on our website are starting prices. Your final price depends on the size and condition of the area.
• Quotes are valid for the period shown on the quote.
• If extra work is needed, we will agree it with you before we start.

Access and safety

• Please make sure our team can access the area at the agreed time.
• Please follow the safety instructions we give you, especially for pest control.

Payment

• Payment is due as shown on your invoice.
• We accept cash, card and bank transfer.

Our responsibility

We take care with your property. If something goes wrong because of our work, tell us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
